  • After moving from Connecticut to California in 2018, Mel’s creative career took off for the stars. With a BFA in design & communication, Mel leads cross-functional teams as Associate Creative Director at TMA’s Alcone Marketing. She leads strategic, creative & production teams on wellness, entertainment & social impact clients from idea to launch.

    Mel is creator of WoMi®, a community & directory app to discover (Wo)men & (Mi)nority - or, WoMi owned small businesses. She’s also co-founder & CEO of Melanin Minds, a non-profit creating holistic spaces centering BIPOC mental health.

    Having been named a Savage X Fenty Game Changer Duo & a Drum Digital Industries Judge, Mel enjoys creative & youth mentoring through Rainbow Labs, and partnering with multicultural initiatives like Do The WeRQ & In For 13. Her creative persona Meltifaceted is an ode to her affinity for donning several titles at once & leaning into the multiverse.
